Job overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our growing team. As the Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing the tutor community within the Kuji app.

Your primary responsibility will be to foster a strong sense of camaraderie, collaboration, and support among tutors while ensuring their success in attracting and retaining students. You will also serve as the bridge between our tutors and the Kuji team, channeling valuable feedback and insights to continually improve the app's features and services.

Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement: Engage with tutors on a daily basis, encouraging active participation, and promoting a positive community atmosphere. Facilitate discussions, address queries, and offer support to foster a thriving learning community.
2. Content Creation: Collaborate with tutors to create engaging content, such as webinars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
3. Tutor Onboarding and Training: Assist new tutors during their onboarding process, providing guidance on using the Kuji app effectively. Conduct training sessions and orientation programs to help tutors maximize their potential.
4. Feedback Management: Act as the voice of the tutor community, gathering feedback and insights on app usability, features, and overall user experience. Work closely with the product team to suggest improvements and enhancements based on user input.
5. Tutor Success Management: Proactively identify areas where tutors may need support or improvement in their teaching methods and offer guidance. Celebrate tutor success stories and foster a sense of achievement within the community.
6. Community Events: Organize virtual and offline events to foster relationships among tutors, students, and the Kuji team. Collaborate with marketing to promote these events and drive participation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a community manager or a similar role in the education or tech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on the tutoring community.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and draw insights.
